Our production focuses on metal components with high aesthetic value. They are mainly structures for armchairs, upholstered furniture and tables, both for the home and office sectors. We specialize in the processing of carbon steel, stainless steel and brass.

Cutting
Precision in cutting metal tubes and profiles is essential not only to ensure the correct assembly of the load-bearing structures but also to contribute to the aesthetics of the finished product.
Bending of steel tubes and rods
In this phase the metal elements are transformed to create functional and aesthetic structures. Fixed radius or variable radius the difference is the human factor capable of guaranteeing a perfect result.
Welding
We rely on a team of highly qualified professionals, capable of using all the most widespread methodologies today but in particular those dedicated to modern design products where metal profiles are often exposed.
Cleaning
In this phase we want to make sure that the product is truly perfect! After rinsing and removing any burrs at the attachment points, manual or mechanical polishing is performed to give that extraordinary shine that lasts over time.
Chrome plating
Our chrome plating is characterized by a quality level significantly higher than the market average and allows us to combine aesthetics and resistance, making the metal components elegant and durable.
Assemply and packaging
In a high-end production this phase becomes crucial to guarantee the value of the finished product. The various components are assembled with care and special protective elements are inserted in the packaging to preserve the chrome plating during transport.
